What is the most unique part of the work you do in your role with TEAM DDS?

As a corporate operations director, I know good teamwork is critical for success at any company. I have the opportunity to talk with every team member and hear their feedback and ideas about the company. Having these valuable conversations and feedback help us set company goals and objectives. In my position, I get to see the value that each individual brings to the team.

What previous work have you done that led you to Team DDS?

I spent several years working just down the hall from TEAM DDS doing operations and staff management for our sister company. It was not a far commute at all to join TEAM DDS supporting our day-to-day activities.

What are 3 things on your bucket list? 

• Travel across the United States - spend time in small towns and see unique sites that are off the normal path.

• Have grandchildren. I’m not putting pressure on my children, but I’ll be waiting.

• Become a better cook. This would be a win-win for me and for those around me.
